Chris was an amazing games master, very informative and funny made us feel at ease right from the start. We had a laugh during our time at the escape room, we nearly escaped 😂 Chris them showed us how to finish the room we were so close! Haha can’t wait for our Halloween room. I came with my girlfriend and her younger brother to celebrate his 30th birthday. Very easy and simple booking process and Chris and ria took the time to describe what I had to do as I’d never done an escape room before. On the day Charlie and Tyrion greeted us and were very chatty and fun. Tyrion hosted us and she was fab. Explained all the rules and made sure we knew there was help if we needed it when in the room. Had a really enjoyable experience and all the staff were amazing. Looking forward to booking another room again soon

We did 2 rooms yesterday (Jungala and The Heist) which were really good. Loved the Jungala room set out and puzzles! Our games master was Tyrion and she was really kind and helpful when we needed help. We did 3 rooms today (Enigmista, Fibonacci & Misery) which we really enjoyed. Fibonacci was our most difficult room to figure things out but we got there in the end. Our game masters were Holly, Chris and Rhea. All 3 of them were really helpful and friendly.

We (group of 3) did Egnimista! It was such a great escape room, with more rooms than we thought. Was an interesting touch being handcuffed in the dark. Chris was a great host, the context story was done very well, it made me jump 😭. And we came first in the leader board 😎. Go Medatronics.

Absolutely incredible atmosphere and well designed rooms creating challenging puzzles and realistic problems! Chris and the team did an amazing job doing the room we were in! Being served and helped by Holly and Jordan made the experience even better and explained everything we needed to know before going in to make sure we were safe and knew, the challenge was difficult and that asking for help was an option if we chose it. Holly added brilliant narrative before we entered and really put us in the mind we were meant to be in!

Had such a fun time in Fibonacci! Really cleverly put together puzzles, just enough to keep us guessing without getting us lost. The staff are all lovely (thank you Jordan!) Really fun way to spend an evening, we'll definitely be back!

Back again and the whole team did not disappoint. Chris was a brilliant game master and made sure we knew what we were doing and was very helpful. Charlie, Jordan and Ria were great and very friendly in the reception area despite the heatwave going on causing the area to be very warm. A really great bunch and will definitely be back for more!

Our first time trying any escape experience, the staff at Cardiff were really friendly and helped in making the whole experience fun. The 60 minutes you get in the rooms totally flies by as you try to work out the puzzles to advance. We did 2 rooms jungala and fibbonachi, unfortunately failed them both but were incredibly close (especially in the Fibonacci room, running out of time right by the exit door 🙈) Our room host Charlie was really good, set the scene in dramatic style, offered a hint to get us started, and came in to help us when we didn’t realise we had completed a task. Overall a great first experience, we will definitely be back.

Great day at escape reality. Tried the Enigmista room. Sadly failed to escape! The staff were wonderful especially our games master Chris. The puzzles were challenging and fun. The rooms atmosphere really set the scene. Hope to try and escape again!

The heist escape room was amazing. Our guide Jordan was amazing and helped us out when we had been stuck on a clue for awhile and let us finish the room after the time ran out. Definitely coming back and beating the escape room this time.
