It is an amazing place to go if you are into nature, history and typical Welsh culture. Love the view, displays, food and cafe. Absolutely loved it!

Walked around the lovely gardens of this beautiful historic place today (3/12/16) which opens 10-5 in the winter although the castle is closed there are many buildings that are open. Just a leisurely walk can take an hour if you want to explore the whole grounds. We had bacon(or sausage) roll with tea/coffee for the offer price of £5 in... More

One of the top attractions in the UK is free of charge. Visit Irish houses from various decades, enjoy good food and have great conversations with the Welsh people who work in the area and will let you know about their history and major costumes. A great day out, visiting buildings from all parts of Wales in one park. Seeing the buildings as they were decades, even centuries ago. Very interesting!

This place is brilliant,we visit almost every 3 weeks and still stumble across new buildings, we found the Italian garden last time and the time before are bird hide.One of the best places in Cardiff and its free.
