Excellent pub with history written within in. Pints were a good price for central Belfast and clean too. The stew was outstanding value and very tasty at £3.95, perfect for any type of weather too. Returned 3 times in a week long stay. Warm fire is also a plus.

We have been to Kelly's Cellar a number of times. Great place to have a drink and a bowl of stew, very tasty. If you go on an evening you will hear traditional and modern music. Friendly staff.

I have never eaten a stew that was so tasty. We literally arrived in Belfast and went out hunting for food. We happened upon this place whilst waiting in a line for the ATM. The postman recommended it. Off we went. Fantastic staff. Even more amazing food and drink. Thank you. Can I have the recipe..lol!!??

Tucked away in a side street down by Primark this is a real gem of a pub. Proper traditional feel with coal fires and lots of original features. Good range of beers and a really cosy feel to the place. While we were there 3 / 4 blokes turned up and just started playing. Within minutes everyone was singing along.Food... More

Coming from Newcastle Upon Tyne with our plethora of Pubs, you tend to remember a good one when its somewhere else, and wish you could pick it up and stick it somewhere in the Toon. This is one of those pubs. The drinks great and well priced, the music is good, and if you, like me, are a tourist looking... More

Popped in yesterday as was passing. Lovely old pub with great atmosphere for visitors and locals alike. Great Guinness, fabulous Irish stew recommended by lovely young couple over from Newcastle to whom we got talking (amongst others), ate it by an open fire with the Dubliners/Sharon Shannon playing in the background. Everybody so utterly friendly, made you feel like a... More
