Having struck up a a conversation at 2Taps Tapas with some tourists they recommended Kelly’s Cellars for a good atmosphere and authentic Irish music. It was busy and jolly, the music sounded authentic enough to me so my colleague and I had an enjoyable time.

The oldest pub in Belfast and certainly worth a visit, great selection of beers but of course it has to be the Guinness. Lunch looked good but we were pushed for time but its certainly worth a visit.

Definitely a tourist trap, as it is recommended online. But the staff were still welcoming and the locals seemed neutral about tourists. We didn't get to try their infamous Irish stew as they were sold out. Had a homey feel about it. Worth a visit
