The guide we had was really good, his love of Belfast and knowledge of the history of Belfast and City Hall itself was overwhelming. City hall is beautiful. The portraits are outstanding! The woodwork, the marble, the chandeliers....breathtaking
Group of 4 adults and 3 children visited the city halls.
We didn’t take the guided tour but wandered at our own pace through the majority of the building.
Well laid out and a good learning experience for all the family.

You need to get there and sign in at the little desk. They are a dirty come first served. When we were there people were turned away. Belfast City got UK website should help for times etc extract is below couldn't add... More

Public tour times
From 1 June 2016 to 30 September 2016 the tour times will be:
Monday to Friday: 10am, 11am, 2pm, 3pm and 4pm
Saturday and Sunday: 12 noon, 2pm, 3pm and 4pm
From the 1 October 2016 public tours will take place:
Monday to Friday at 11am, 2pm and 3pm
Saturday and Sunday at 12 noon, 2pm and 3pm
Led by an experienced guide, tours last around an hour and include the history of Belfast City Hall and its finest features. The tours are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Visitors must register 10-15 minutes before the tour is due to depart at the Main Reception of City Hall.
