From the reviews I expected good Guinness. Obviously being from Ireland I know the difference between good and bad. Sorry but this Guinness was very poor. Atmosphere good and staff very good though.

Great spot visited with pals on a business trip couldn't fault it. Finest ales and service. I didn't try the food so I can't help on that.

My hosts recommended the crispy hake and when we asked if it could come without a meat sauce they provided it with champ and delicious veg. An excellent lunch and first class service.

Had lunch here and it was really good. Plenty of choice and very reasonably priced considering portion sizes. I went for the Seafood Chowder which was beautiful. Really tasty and very filling. Great spot!
