Excellent site for tourists. We visit this site regularly. I even remember visiting it as a schoolgirl

Very interesting and picturesque place and it is free to visit. You can also walk along the river. If it is running, you can get the steam train to here from Downpatrick.

We came here on our Winterfell, Game of Thrones tour. It was a beautiful area with the ruins. Across the way is where St. Patrick's remains are as well. Beautiful area worth visiting!

I came here with Game of Thrones tour. A peacefull and quite place where rabbits are walking around it. And I was named as king in the north by other tourists. It was fun.

We stumbled on this and I'm sure glad we did! It's incredibly beautiful! I took a walk to the water and there were about 60 swans. It was magical!

Not only is this used as a set of the Game of Thrones but also a great place for natural beauty, with plenty of wild life. If there early in the morning just as the mist is lifting the area is mystical.

If you follow the signpost down the little road, there is a carpark at the graveyard just beside the abbey
