Definitely a great place to see... we loved the singing chamber and the staff are all very happy to offer advice and guidance to see the best of the abbey, would definitely visit again.

First you walk through a exhibition which gives you an insight to the history of the Abbey. Then you are free to walk through the ruins on your own. You can climb up the stairs in some places and enjoy the view from up there....More

I have not heard of Arbroath Abbey and chanced upon it. Am i glad to have done that. Looks uninteresting from the outside but full of interesting nooks and crannies inside. So full of history and information. Highly recommended.

I lived in Arbroath as a child, and always lived bed visiting the abbey. It is always such a sight to behold. The information and tour are fantastic, especially bathed in sunshine.
