We thoroughly enjoyed the tour of the house. Very informative and lots of stories told end route. Grounds are not exciting and a few walks and more information around the ground would have been good. Worst thing was the restaurant. Thankfully we suspected as much...More

We are delighted to hear you enjoyed a fun Easter at Glamis Castle. Perhaps you may return during the Summer months when our gardens are in bloom and the vegetables are fully grown in the Walled Garden. All the best, Chimene

The castle and grounds were BEAUTIFUL! The guided tour was interested and with good humor. The rooms of the tour seems to offer an older time period than other castles as well as newer. Our family would recommend a visit.

yes, all our tours are guided, in English and take approximately 50 minutes to an hour. The tour is 10 rooms going from the grand (State Dining Room/Drawing Room) to the more intimate Royal Apartments of The Queen Mother.
