My husband is an experienced mountain biker and regular comes here with friends so we thought it would be good to bring our 6 year old here for her first proper trail. We followed the green route and we stopped off en-route for our picnic....More

For a weekend activity we decided to go to the play park at the forest then a walk. I hadn't been here for years, so was pretty open to experiencing it again. The parking is pay and display which is fine, I don't mind pay...More

A great location for walking and Mountain Biking, has nice family trails, good greens and blues. Red trails is flowing with some technical features, but not a huge number ( not recommend for small children. Or basic skill level riders) Will revisit

Recently took a walk at the Mabie Forest with our daughter and her grandparents. It was perfect us. We wanted something challenging enough to keep us happy, but easy enough so a toddler could hike. It was the perfect place to satisfy everyone's abilities. There...More

I have visited these trails many times and still enjoy them so much. The trails are very well thought out and direction markings regular. The red route has a really good mix of riding with some black options. Well worth a visit.
