Try this little gem of a food truck , vegetarian and vegan delights aplenty here . Open all year found just beside the entrance to George square. Open from 11 to 5 daily it a must go to place to eat

A beautiful green space to picnic, or journal, or walk, or hear buskers, or just BE. I enjoyed a perfect, sunny afternoon in this park!

a lot to see and large space to wander around near the university. We liked our stroll through the meadows. good for people watching.

A must see for everyone. The guys are energetic and funny and the show flows really well. Watch out for the amazing acrobatics. Well worth a visit

The Meadows has enjoyed a chequered history, going through various phases and at one time was even home for both Hearts and Hibernian football teams. Despite attempts to redevelop the site, it remains a very popular people's park and long may it continue.

Was in Edinburgh with time on my visit so went for a walk and ended at the Meadow. It was great to walk through this park brought back child hood memories.

on at this moment in time is the edinburgh food festival in george square which is at the end of the meadows its basically food stands from various regions selling their produce plus some lectures.
