What an amazing tour. Really well put together with every part of the journey properly thought out and relevant. Nice little guided stop too which was a nice opportunity to stretch your legs. 10/10 would definitely do again.

A lot of fun! We had kids in tow and I was a little apprehensive about it being too scary, but it was a hoot! Tommy Terror was very entertaining and gave us all lots of laughs. The hour flew by, and we all left happy. Highly recommend this activity whilst in Edinburgh

The bus itself Is lovely, really spooky looking and love the little lamps. Sadly that’s about as good as it got. I just didn’t understand the purpose of this tour, as another review says it wasn’t scary if it was supposed to be scary and it wasn’t funny either. I couldn’t really understand who this tour was supposed to be aimed at as there were hardly any kids on our 9pm tour yet the jokes/acting seemed to be aimed towards them. Overall disappointed with this tour and would not recommend it to anyone. The bus itself has so much potential which is sadly wasted here.

If you enjoy your morbid history this is a great introduction to that aspect of Edinburgh. Our tour guide was charismatic and spoke clearly. The tour went around central Edinburgh and had an optional short walking element. It was enjoyable, however if you’re looking to get spooked, im afraid you may be disappointed. You are told to keep your masks on at all times and you have specific seats and these very small plastic partitions. However, every seat is filled and we felt quite squashed ( group of 4 adults). We were also facing in the way which meant turning round to see anything was rather annoying. The tour guide is also not wearing a mask. SPOILERS; Theres a build up to the bus being haunted by this woman, and then before the tour ends the lights flash and ‘spooky’ imagery is seen on the television screens. My party were not particularly impressed but the young boy next to us seemed to be rather frightened.

5/5 absolute class!! Took my 8 yr old, my 18 year old and her boyfriend and my mid 40s self and had an absolute blast.. Devious Davie was hilarious and Angus the bus driver was wonderfully wicked...loved every part of it and the bus was perfectly creepy. We'd gone to dinner at Deacon Brodie's Tavern first and could see the queue for the tour getting bigger and bigger. Initially disappointed as we were one of the last on the bus and had hoped to get seats at the top but seats were allocated to us already and we ended up in what we felt were the best seats right at the top at the front...so so happy. The walk around the graveyard at St. Cuthbert was excellent too.. wasn't expecting a walk and for it to be in a spooky graveyard in the dark was awesome!!!! Thanks for a fantastic experience!!!
