I love whisky, my wife really doesn't, but even my beloved thoroughly enjoyed the tour, simply because it's a fascinating story. Jeremy our guide, was a young and really knowledgeable guide and kept dropping in little one liners about his personal choices and thoughts on aspects of whisky, which added to the experience. Whether you like whisky or not the... More

The distillery was a short trip from the airport so we visited on the way to the city. Jeremy was our tour guide - he was great as he was incredibly knowledgeable. I highly recommend this tour if you are interested in whisky or if not, want to do something a little bit different when visiting Glasgow.

Absolutely brilliant experience! The distillery is the only one to utilise a triple distill method leading to a truly unique product. From the greeting at the entry gate to the glass raising in the tasting room the genuine kindness, warmth, knowledge and passion of staff is evident throughout. We had the pleasure to be shown around by Neil (on what... More

Absolutely fabulous tour, our tour guide Stevie well what doesn't he know. He is very knowledgeable, informative not just about Auchentoshan but about all types of spirits. A very friendly manner and so easy to talk to. This is a great tour, we had the tour which lasts about 2 hours 15 min but it went slightly over as we... More

Love this place, great shop and the staff are brilliant. I revisited the shop and asked the guy in the store if I could purchase the special whisky glass they give on the tour as I have broke mine..... No problem he said and came over with a box of six glasses, as I went for my wallet he said... More

I enjoyed my first visit , a xmas gift brought me back to a distillery not far from my home, surprisingly the tour was very busy on a clod wet Saturday afternoon, the young tour guide Jeremy was very knowledgeable of whisky, distillation and history of the area, the dram at the end of the tour and the presie of... Visited the Distillery on their 1hr tour last week, it was very informative and a good starting point for people who have an interest in whiskey. I would recommend you go for the longer tours if you want to have a more in depth experience. Great staff and fantastic location.

The general tour is a great value! One of the best and friendliest distillery or brewery tours we ever enjoyed. Thorough and informative, Auchentoshan holds its own in every respect as far as single malts go. Worth an afternoon visit and then make your way back to town for dinner.

We did the 'Tantalising tasting' tour - great explanation and insight, apart from great whiskey. Guide was clear and gave very clear explanations.

Have been on a lot of Scottish distillery tours and this ranks in the top two. Jeremy was a fantastic, fun, entertaining and insightful guide and definitely added to the enjoyment of the tour. This was topped off by having some great whisky samples at the end of the tour Brilliant
