If you have a spare hour in Glasgow pop in past here. Lots of information and memorabilia. Wee quiz to keep the kids interested with a certificate at the end if they get them all correct. I would say this is predominantly for adults and older kids as there is a lot of reading.

Really nice place to visit I would recommend this museum to everyone we took our chilren with us and they found it very interesting as well

I took my 10yr old son to this museum. I loved it (possibly as I also work in criminal justice) and would have spent much longer reading all the info if I had been on my own. There was a lot of reading which I summarised for my son as he was only really interested in the detail of the... More

After reading about this on Trip Advisor I paid a visit during my trip to Glasgow. If you're current or ex police you'll find it really interesting. Well worth a visit.

Could'nt get in because they were closed for relocation :-( If you are thinking of visiting it, check to see if they've finished moving and that its open again.

enjoyed our visit to the Police Museum, a privately run museum, almost missed it. helpful man welcomed us and added lots of extra information that enhanced the visit. well worth a visit

Although having lived in Glasgow for more than 40 years it was by searching what was being offered by Glasgow's "Doors Open Days Festival" that we cam upon this little gem.
