The Kelvingrove is a great general-purpose museum. Lots of art, exhibits on science and history, you'll most certainly learn something when you stop in. One of the highlights of Glasgow and a not-to-miss stop while touring the city, it's easy to get lost in here...More

Easy museum to wander around. A few surreal moments 1: the organ recital at 1 pm. Played the Monty Python theme, but the organist hadhis clothes on ... priceless 2: the floating heads 3: the inclusion of Haggis in the Scottish wild life section

This Gallery and Museum is well worth a visit. The tea room is also very nice, with scones and so on, as well as a small but good menu for meals and snacks. Great for children.
