Tranquil settings ideal for families and adults. Gardens to explore including fairy village and vegetable garden. Tea room in Pollock house....well worth a visit. You can take a picnic and enjoy the surroundings.

Stunning country house full of history and art. Beautifully designed gardens and parkland to wander around. Nice tearoom to relax and refresh in. Well worth visiting.

The park is three miles from the centre of Glasgow and just yards from the main motorway through the city, so there is no excuse for not visiting. Great place for a casual walk, a rather energetic jog and going mad on your bike... Nearly...More

Good for walking and easily accessible from most of Glasgow. There is also a rather nice house here.

Love coming here. Lovely walks along the river, play park, mountain bike trails, fairy /hobbit village is brilliant, it makes me smile seeing the delight of the children everytime they explore it. Love the stables and how they let the public see the farrier working...More

You really get a feel for history in this house. Everything is well put together - pity 'Lady in the fur wrap' wasn't on show

Frequent visitor here with family. Lovely walks along the river followed by tea/coffee and scones at Pollok House.

Certainly! This park is very much dog friendly and lots of people walk their dogs in the morning. Hope this answer the question.
