Spent a lovely afternoon wandering around the tree-lined paths chatting with friends here. Seemed to be very popular with locals and visitors alike.

This green area is full of interesting views and monuments. Well worth a wander around up to 2 hours. Go when the weather is dry if you can.

I had been to Glasgow before and never knew about this place. It's great for an evening walk (in summer). Take your bike, go for a run, walk, get some fresh air and explore.

Got off here for a while from the Hop-On Hop-Off Tourist bus. Very nice park - with families having fun and kids running around. Lots of history in the place too.

Maybe its because today was excellent weather, but park was pulsing with life. People jogging or sitting on the grass enjoying sunshine. Grass is very clean so we hadn't any problem finding place for our picnic. On the back end there is Winter garden (which...More

We walked along the Broomielaw to Glasgow Green after breakfast one fine sunny morning. It was interesting to see the old parts of Glasgow which had been decimated by poorly thought out planning in the past alongside some beautiful buildings. However Glasgow Green itself was...More

Check out their web site as Glasgow has many Premier Inns. A nice one is in Sauchiehall Street.
