Great day. Park was in great condition despite the weather. Rubbish constantly picked up by stewards.

Amazing day at the famous Glasgow green. There were bands from all over the world. The facilities were great with a big variety of food and drink choices for the event. The kids area was a fun bus designed for the kids.

The pipe band world championships. A superbly run event once again. Glasgow green is becoming or perhaps has already become THE place to be in August. Fantastic music, great people and some great trade stands. Shame the weather can't be booked!

Didn't see it all, but what I saw merits more visits, lucky enough to be there when the Pipe Bands were practicing for the World Pipe Bands Competition this weekend, which added to the grand atmosphere there
