If you are visiting the west of Scotland, then Loch Lomond is a must visit. I am sure it comes in the top of the 'must see' places in Scotland and its well worth it. Yes it is 'touristy' but Loch Lomond manages to retain a sense of tranquility and peace. It comes across as a place that you never... More

The park was well set up for visitors with a nice shop and toilet facilities as well as beach access with a great view of Lomond Mountain.

If you visit Scotland you MUST go here to see the amazing scenery simply beautiful. Take in one of the lodges & hotels along the shoreline or simply walk along if its a nice day, if you feel adventerous head up Ben Lomond

Loch Lomond is a huge fresh water lake to the north-east of Glasgow. Its a beautiful and scenic place to visit as it is surrounded by mountain and highland fault. Its a nice place to walk, jog, cycle or even picnic at the park by the lake. As we were there in March 2016 it is rather cold, especially when... More

Great location to visit if you fancy a walk and breath of fresh air, only 30 minutes drive from Glasgow. I visit the park regularly sometimes by car, sometimes by bike, and never tire of the stunning scenery. Highly recommend a visit for both locals and tourists alike.

We really enjoyed our time here, it was a lovely day and walked around the shore for over an hour, simply beautiful views. I recommend this for a visit of say an hour to two. I am sure even if weather is not great it would still look good, plus there are shops if that is your thing.
