Tour met up in foyer at Pacific Quay where we met our excellent guides Chris and Daniella who gave us a just short of 2 hour tour through the state of the art facilities of the building although some usual spots missed because of broadcasts but thats understandable. We got stories back to Lord Reith and facts about the building... More

Visited for filming of Who Dares Wins and we loved every minute of it. The BBC studios are an amazing place to visit with an insight into the world of television. If you get the chance do this!

Took my partner here for a tour as part of his birthday day out. I think it is safe to say this was the highlight of his day! It is an amazing building - very cleverly designed. The tour was fab - somewhat changes your perspective of what you think it will be like. News room is much smaller than... More

We went as a small group on the BBC Scotland Pacific Quay Tour last week. The two guides were very informative, enthusiastic and entertaining. It is a very impressive building and has been well thought out in it's design and construction, with a strong emphasis on the practical aspects of a working studios. The guides certainly gave a strong impression of Pacific Quay... Informative tour in an impressive building! Great tour guides, Lisa and Chris, they were relaxed and entertaining and made the tour a pleasure! The time just flew in! So interesting to see how the BBC operates, both television and radio.

The Pacific Quay building is gorgeous and bright and airy. The tour guides were very bubbly and informative. They really drew you in to their excitement. Seeing behind the scenes of both TV and radio was very interesting and we even got to meet a weather presenter who let some of the kids read the weather with their names on... More

This was the first time we took the Brownies and Leaders and they all really enjoyed. Barry our guide was fully of information and the Brownies had loads of questions for him. Judith the newsreader came out and was happy to talk and let us take pictures. Very interesting afternoon . Yes would reccommend and we will be back.

Visited Pacific Quay earlier today for a tour by Gillian and Kyle. It was excellent. The tour guides were really enthusiastic, knowledgeable and interesting. The Quay is much bigger than I originally thought and it was so good to see some of the workings behind radio and television. It was great to see all the Scottish influences taken into account... Received gift voucher for 2 persons for tour of BBC studios as birthday present. Excellent interesting and fun tour with tour guides providing first class commentary on each location visited. Tour lasts for 90 minutes (which just "flew past" as there are so many pieces of information and photo opportunities). Everyone from reception security staff to tour guides very pleasant... More

Spent the morning with my Dad, and had a great time being shown around Pacific Quay. So much to see here, and sat behind the Reporting Scotland news desk. The tour guides, Lisa and Cassandra were absolutely fantastic, highly informative and obviously very dedicated and passionate about their work, not on as guides, but in the production teams in radio...
