This week's Friday lunchtime concert was the recital by Scottish Opera's Emerging Artists. What a joy! Excellent hall with superb acoustics, comfortable seats and delightful singing. What a great way to spend an hour in the city!

Each year I go to the opera that is put on at the Conservatoire in January to showcase the talent studying there . It never disappoints. The Athenaeum theatre is excellent and the student staff are always delightful

I've been to see lots of music and dance stuff here. The helpful, willing staff are great and the auditorium and theatre are comfortable and modern. Can't speak for the quality of the courses but the infrastructure is top notch. Nice cafe and clean toilets....More

I didn't attend any functions or plays in the is building but from passing by you can see its a pretty impressive building and you must stop to look or take a photo.
