This shop offers a wide variety of good from gents dept to ladies dept to household. A bit more expensive than your normal shops, but this store offers quality goods if you are looking for something special as a treat to yourself or a special gift for someone else. Not for those looking for a budget shopping trip.

Numerous staff but very few tills open downstairs at lunchtime. Wanted a gift voucher but couldn't buy with my food shop, which I had to queue to pay for, as they are beyond tills. Was then told I couldn't buy one by the unhelpful group behind the food order section. No wonder M&S are failing when staff cannot master the... More

Love M&S. Good variety of clothes, I bought a fantastic wool coat with fur collar. Amazing food hall, had everything!

Great selection, helpful staff and very beautifully kept shop. This was a better experience than the west end of London.

I like the quality of all food items here. M&S is probably the super store for Food. As they say, "quality worth every single penny "

We found this cafe to be of a low standard, it was very haphazard and poor service. You couldn't hear yourself speak for staff shouting and banging plates down. They don't seem to realise it I'd the customer that keeps them in a job.

After a heavy day round the shops, popped in here for a coffee and a scone. Admittedly, it was near closing time, but I don't think that is an excuse for the watery coffee and the long faced staff! The cost of a small jar of jam is quite unbelievable - 60 pence for what amounts to two teaspoons of... More

Late lunch at 3pm of two toasted sandwiches, a cup of tea and packet of crisps for £11.40. Queue long, tired staff and a mixed up order, had to complain of a dirty cup,not the perfect lunch. Although the toasty was tasty. Not sure the system of taking an electronic tablet to sit on your table, notifies the staff of your... More
