The Hootananny is one of these Scottish visitor attractions, native Scots feel a deep and immediate sense of shame about. On our visit last Saturday, from the moment we entered until we left, there was an all pervading atmosphere of rudeness verging on hostility from...More

Lovely Scottish music, very happy and energetic vibe, great scotch collection. We just went for drinks and live music and were pleased with this decision.

Well worth a visit. Went when there was a local group just sat at a table playing great ceilidh music. Very friendly place, decent beer!

We ate here on our 1-night stay in Inverness, at the recommendation of a friend. Food was basic pub-grub but very good, and the live music and relaxed atmosphere were fun. Staff were friendly and helpful. A good evening!

I visited this bar last week and the staff were so rude. The place needs a deep clean cause its filthy and is definately a health hazzard. How it is still allowed to remain open is beyond me.

We only had time for one early-evening drink, but I could tell this is a good place, where people can relax and have a good time. It's got a great atmosphere ... I wish I could've stayed longer.

Scottish music on the first floor- Classic Rock on the second and club music on the third floor. Literally something for everyone!
