We were reading a leaflet / booklet about places to visit and saw this place listed. By chance our plans for the day had to change and we decided to pass by Ship Space and have a look. It was fantastic! Great efforts in the setting up of the place have been noted and a big well done to the... More

Amazing quirky, fascinating and friendly place - a testament to what one person can do. So glad we discovered this. Plus the owner is very friendly and helpful.

We were walking along the canal when we saw a sign for this museum. It was based on everything to do with the Titanic, it was a hobby that got out of hand, there is nothing clinical about the displays on view a bit scattered about, but a most enjoyable afternoon wondering about looking at lots of information about that... This place is the misty quirky random little museum I have been in but me and my son really loved it , it had some really nice touches and we both learned something , was there for about 1 1/2 and is free but we donated but would of paid to look round this anyway

Myself and three other friends stumbled upon this place. From the outside we had reservations about the place but so glad we went inside. We were greeted by a lovely chap and soon started exploring the vast amount of information provided about the titanic and playing on the other Interactive exhibits. Clearly a lot of time, thought and effort has... More

Was looking forward to going there as I like all things nautical. However it looks like the equivalent of a nautical 'Steptoe and Son' yard. There is some interesting information but a lot of junk (and I don't mean the Chinese sailing kind)!

On a short visit to Inverness we decided to visit Ship Space since I had read reviews about it on here so though we'd go and see what all the fuss was about. It was a lovely sunny day which made the 20 min or so walk out there pleasant since most of it was along the river. When we... More
