We could only see the bottom of this waterfal unfortunately, but that was stunning, especially in the snow.

Although I'm usually up for a challenging hike, Steall Falls is a must-do, very manageable and relaxed walk. If you're willing to cross the river on a cable while holding onto hand ropes for support, you'll be able to walk right up to the waterfall itself. Totally worth it!

Parking in the Glen Nevis estate in the pay area, we walked from here to extend it a little as we heard it only took just over an hour or so from the top car park. We walked up the road for 30 minutes before reaching the car park, from then a fairly well maintained path way with one or... More

Fabulous day walking. Wrap up warm as it can be very windy on the lower ground. Amazing views of the mountains and of course the falls

A straightforward walk (though the path was a bit rough in places) leads to the falls. The waterfall is an impressive sight and well worth the walk.

It is easy way to this amazing waterfall. I offer to take this way for those who has lack of time or isinexperienced walker. You will find astonishing views just in 30-50 minutes walk one way. You can leave Your car in the last parking and then just walk up.

Both my wife and I suffer with our knees, but this walk from the car park at the head of Glen Nevis, through the gorge and over the wire rope bridge was manageable and very enjoyable. A lot of work has been carried out to provide a safer footpath, but it still maintains its wild aspect. Well worth the effort.

Greeted by a "Warning of death" sign at the start of the walk certainly heightened our senses as we set off on the walk to the falls. The track was icy at the time and certain parts did appear quite treacherous as result but with care and time we made it to the falls and it was worthwhile. The scenery... More

When it rains the waterfalls and waterslides just get better, and with rainbows too! Great walks and scenic views all around, peaceful and quiet.

This is a good evidence that all fresh water are (stored) up, and coming down towards sea via many small rivers. This visit is easy to make if you are a car traveller, just drive into P-area at first.
