The park is a great place to visit with trails and paths down to the beach where we saw seals lying on the rocks with pups. The cafe at the play park isn't great and is quite expensive and not much choice so take lunch....More

Staff at the Castle were all more than happy to explain the story of the castle as well as the origins of some of the artifacts on show. There appeared to be a fun game of "Find the Lego man" going on in each room...More

Walked around the beautiful gardens and coffee in the cafe..then back out to the front yard of the Castle to see the view and canons.. would recommend doing this in summer when the gardens are in bloom :) but very exhilarating in winter..

I always come down to Culzean during the summer with my family and we always have a great time. There is a good beach and there are great walks for dogs walkers

Visited but didn't realise that the castle shuts for the Winter. The cafe was open so we had a coffee and some cake and bought some gifts in the shop. Great views of the ocean.

We've loved coming to Culzean as NTS members for 30+ years. We've camped at sites nearby to enjoy open air theatre in the grounds. It's beautiful at snowdrop time, or at sunset. Our dogs have all loved the long walks here. We've taken many bags...More

This is a must see venue in South Ayrshire and was the main reason we visited the area having not seen the castle before. It is beautifully located on the west coast of Ayrshire with, on a clear day, fabulous views across the Firth of...More
