There isn't much of the Abbey still standing, but there is enough to get the feel of the place. There are graves in all conditions & ages; some so old you can't read them others just weeks old. But the view from the Abbey looking...More

Serene atmosphere looking out over the sea from the Abbey but the Abbey itself is a very limited ruin - nothing to get too excited about.

The abbey is in a fantastic location on an headland looking over the wonderful Lough offering fantastic views,there is a lot of very old graves and it very inertesting reading some of the headstones.

I thought the Abbey was very interesting. It has great scenery and beautiful ruins. I spent a good hour walking around and looking. I got some great pictures.

Sunset visit created beautiful pictures. Easy walk from harbor parking area. Lovely location and parts are handicap accessible.
