Went with my 2 yr old granddaughter plus a baby in a baby carrier. She loved the shop and diner area and hospital but suddenly would take off and I feel the stairs are very exposed both up and down for little children to have an accident on. Your ratio is 1 adult to 3 Under 3's that to me... More

Our daughters had a great time. The young one (three-year-old) did not want to leave the first floor where she played the doctor. The older one (seven-year-old) enjoyed both floors. Actually they both enjoyed their time so they did not want to go to the third floor. Maybe if we had a bit more time. Moreover, we had not booked... More

We went to Imaginosity and had a brilliant time. The kids loved all the activities especially the shop and the racing car. The only issue I had was it could be a little more structured. The same kids seemed to be on the race car all the time and the smaller children were getting upset bot getting a turn. Possible... More

I have been many times to Imaginosity, most before my second child was born. When we just had one child, walking and having fun it was almost always a great place to play but this really changed once we had to bring a baby with us, particularly when I was on my own. It was the most difficult play centre... More

Hi, Sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your recent visit. Due to fire regulations we do not permit buggies beyond the Reception Area. We do however provide baby carriers for your comfort and convenience which can be requested on arrival. There are also lockers available in the reception area which are accessible during your visit. Great place to find out what your child's interests really are, my granddaughter loved the trains and building a wall, driving a car and cycling. Wasn't interested in the usual girl stuff like baking and doing the shopping. You go girl, think we have a modern little miss on our hands. Staff are lovely and well worth the price. Pinky promise... I brought my son here 2 days ago, he is 2 years old and he loved it so much. His favourite was the diner and the doctors office :) we travelled all the way from limerick and it was definitely worth it and afterwards we got a taxi to dundrum which was close by and did some shopping. He started... More

We took our little one today (aged one) and we had an absolute ball. It was honestly the best day out we've had in a long long time. There was so much to do and between the kid-sized shop, diner, hospital scene, the train tracks, little library, building blocks, fish tanks and balls he was completely mesmerised and loved every... Came here with 7 and 6 years old boys. There is lots of 'self using' toys. Kids are encouraged to use their own imagination to play. Great to get the parents involved. The idea is great as far as 'pretend play' but I would like for example to have some map to follow for the child to try out all... More

Hi, Thank you for your review. Apologies that you didn't get a map on arrival this should have been offered to you. There are always staff on the floors who would be more than happy to help when asked. The roof garden opening times are explained on the exhibit section of the website again apologies if this wasn't clear. Good... More

I brought my two boys (five and three) and it was disappointing and expensive for what it was. Calling it a "childrens museum" made no sense to me at all. They charge for adults when most play centres don't. The outdoor areas were closed off, I know that it's January but I would have been happy for my kids to... More

Hi, Sorry to hear you found the museum made no sense. To explain the idea behind children's museums in particular, they are places where children learn through play in environments designed just for them. It is a space for adults and children to engage in creative play. Our exhibits are educationally designed to inspire life-long learning through play, igniting imaginations... More
