Usual public park stuff, football pitches, par 3 golf, tennis courts, child's play park plus some more unusual bits such as lovely Rose garden and remote control car race circuit plus a few follies left over from Guinesss estate days.

So much to do, lovely facilities in a lovely area. Only downside is the carpark is always packed. Great for running, having the kids out playing, parkruns etc.

There is car parking on the seafront near the duck pond, and up along Watermill Road around the corner. There's also car parking next to the Red Stables. Apart from that, there's free parking on road adjacent to the park.
