GUINNESS STOREHOUSE(R), Ireland's No. 1 visitor attraction is a "must see" on any visit to Dublin. Housed in an old fermentation plant in the heart of St James's Gate Brewery, the now seven-storey visitor experience tells the story of Ireland's iconic drink and beings to life the heritage of this world famous beer. Your journey begins standing at the bottom of the world's largest pint glass, which rises through the building. It is a dramatic story that begins over 250 years ago and ends in Gravity(R) Bar, Dublin's highest bar where you will receive a complimentary pint of GUINNESS(R) while enjoying spectacular views over Dublin.

We were a little disappointed, we thought we would actually tour the brewery, but they send you through this path of how its made... but other than that, we did the "learn how to pour the perfect guinness" and loved doing that, they give you...More

To me the tour wasn't worth it. Beer was good but too many people and I would have preferred a guided tour not a self guided. Beer was good and store was great. Our Jameson tour was much better

If you enjoy Guinness, you probably should visit when in Dublin at least once. The tour is self guided with lots of options. We enjoyed watching the coopers video, and learning how to pour Guinness.

Went here with a couple of friends. We just wanted to go to the rooftop bar and have a Guinness but the staff told us it wasn't possible. You had to pay 25€ to visit the bar, or just even to get to a toilet....More

Best part of the tour is drinking a Guinness while overlooking Dublin City. If you've never been on a brewery tour before you will probably not learn anything new but you will enjoy the displays. Plan to relax and enjoy a nice cold one when...More

You don't have to book ahead but if you want a certain day and time best to do so. October might be less busy than when I went in July. I was able to book the day I wanted but did not get the Friday 4:00 pm time slot for the... More
