I highly recommend the green Hop on Hop off bus. Start as early as possible as there is so much to see and do. The bus takes you to all the main attractions, Trinity College, Guinness Storehouse, St. Patrick’s Cathedral, etc. Our driver/guide was very...More

Easy way to see Dublin! Dress warm because some seats are open to the elements. They advertise every 15 minutes, but we found ourselves waiting longer. At one stop we had to switch buses which took awhile. Clean, easy and reasonably priced.

Hi Jane, no the driver of the hop on, hop off will only accept a purchased ticket. If you cant get one at your hotel there is typically a person at the starting point of the bus you can purchase a ticket from.
