Definitely worth going on the Tour and to the Exhibit. Andrew B. the tour guide we had for the TCD Tour was excellent and entwined both humour and knowledge to a perfect level. Really worth booking in advance or attending either first thing in the...More

They push you through the display which holds the Book of Kells so plan on not having a lot of time to see this, at least when we were there, but the library itself is breathtaking and worth a visit.

This is a must-see. The most beautiful library I've ever seen in my life. My friend and I sat there a long time just admiring the books and shelves. The Book of Kells is interesting but would have been better with more of the actual...More

The book of Kells and the old library were fascinating. Take the walking tour as it is only 1 euro more than just the entrance fee and discover the history behind this building. Also they do a demonstration on how they preserve the valuable books...More

This a popular Dublin attraction, so expect crowds when you visit. Make your reservation and purchase your ticket online in advance. We arrived about 10 minutes ahead of our booking and were ushered directly in. Otherwise, there are long lines, including for the gift shop....More

We had a PhD candidate give us a tour of the grounds of Trinity College before seeing the exhibit. We enjoyed seeing the library and the exhibit. It was a wonderful experience.

Take your time, read all the informations displayed and enjoy the view. I was happy that I put this visit early in the morning immediately after their opening hour because there wasn't a crowd and I really enjoy the silence of the Long Room Library.

The library is beautiful and very picturesque but the book of kells is not nearly as impressive as I had hoped and the price to visit is way too expensive for something that is about a 10-15 minute experience.

Go early as the lines form fast. It's a fascinating exhibit. Don't miss the library upstairs. Imagine what it was like all those years ago!

I do not remember seeing a cloak room, or lockers anywhere. They also don't have any space to put it somewhere behind the counter. Best to go luggage free.
