Im not in to horse racing but it was really great fun going with all of my friends while having a few drinks. If you're not into horse racing or betting would still recommend trying it once. I placed one bet while there but have...More

Had a great day out here. Easy to get to from Dublin, reasonably priced to get into and plenty of choice for food, drink and betting. Really easy to get the tram back to Dublin too.

First of all, staff around the grounds are very nice and friendly. Food in the main area was very poor. Burger and chips below standard, cold and flavourless. Not cheap considering what you get. Would recommend bringing Your own colder box with some real food!

Great day out. Had been at Naas the day before which was charming. Paid about €40 for grandstand. Bit cold for sitting out too much but good facilities. Barman even brought Guinness to our table when it was quieter! Good fish and chips and quality...More

It's an Irish racecourse so there is Guinness, horses, friendly people, stodgy food. Perfect! My first visit and I enjoyed it very much. The new statue of Hurricane Fly was on show for the first time right by the entrance - impressive.

The course is very easy to get to via the Luas (green line) and the venue kindly laid on a complementary shuttle bus from Sandyford Luas station. The facilities on course are plentiful and of good quality, and, most of all, the staff were all...More
