We were given a free voucher for this museum as part of our hop-on, hop-off bus tour, so, at the end of the day, we went for it, and we were really glad we did! This museum is clearly a labor of love, and the passion of our guide, June, shone through from the minute she began the tour. If... More

This was a great little museum telling you about the history of Dublin. The price was very reasonable and included a tour which is a must. Our tour guide Ronan was brilliant and led us through the history of London in a very articulate and humorous way. The rooms were filled with the history of Ireland including a room all... More

Great photography exhibition. Welcoming and knowledgable staff. Had to go as a tour - I prefer to look around in my own time. Some really interesting items but also a lot of kitsch. We went with Dublin pass, otherwise a little pricey for what it is.

We had a great visit here, it was a fun, informed short history of Dublin! The museum is over 3 floors with a couple of rooms on each. All the stuff has been donated from locals. You have a guided talk for half an hour which is good fun.

Who would've thought that 2 rooms, add an upstairs 3rd for the U2 room exhibit would contain so much stuff? The 30 minute narration done is extremely well done.

One of my favourite museums of Dublin. Patrick was our tour guide and he was really enthusiastic about the history of Ireland and he passed on that enthusiasm to the visitors. It really is the best place to visit if you want to know about the history of Dublin and Ireland itself in a short period of time. Had a... More
