Was in the pub havin a pint, declined a shot from the owner. Next thing I knew I was on the fookin floor. Great pub all round, just watch for the owner. He trains for his fights in the pub. If you’re 50+ look the fook out mate.

The owner hit me with that left hand shot. I couldn’t take it. Nobody can. Legend has it an elderly gentlemen once did though. But ever since the owner has become motivated once again, I’m not sure anyone now could take it.
Also nice scran.

worth the beating

The only problem is, McGregor is liable to sucker punch you if you decline a shot of his rot-gut whiskey... Other than that, great pub.

Formerly The a White Horse
Feb 2016 • Family
I remember this pub as the White Horse, it's original name when I was growing up in Drimnagh. It was always a busy pub and popular with locals. It is now a 21st century local pub and it is a lovely pub and a nice spot for a quiet drink.

Needs a revamp!

Lovely local pub but if it is really a fitzgerald owned pub it has been forgotten. Needs a revamp. Great atmosphere. Good music. Just quite old and battered

Great entertainment
Sep 2013 • Couples
The live entertainment was great here but the food not so much. I would recommend eating somewhere else first, then going here for a drink.
