Bright, spacious and airy. Beautiful building materials and furnishings. Superb view over the harbour. Only criticism is the phenomenon in Irish libraries of a refusal to enforce quiet.

The library building is so striking and modern - my favourite is the large windows upstairs sweeping over Dublin bay. A great place to read a book and take in the views.

What a wonderful world class library. Quite new finished in December 2014 and opened formerly in March 2015. Although controversial in its external appearance it is magnificent internally. internally. The residents should be truly proud of a first class piece of civil architecture and function.

The locals may complain about the cost but this is a great space. So easy to relax and read - lighting is great and the views over the bay are great!

This is a really modern space with brilliant views and a real ambience.Books and newspapers galore with comfortable seating. Not to be missed. Added to the attraction is the controversy locally regarding the design. I love it!
