I Have to say this is now my favourite pub in Ireland. We went last night at 7.45, it does not open until 7.30 so when we arrive we had a good choice of seating area and time to take a look at the memorabilia all around us. It was amazing, beautiful soft lighting and a rouring fire. It wasn't... More

Took a group of 12 here on a Friday night before eating out and it was fantastic so much so we went straight back after eating. Great beer, great live music and a really interesting pub. The owner came for chat near the end of the evening too which was nice. Recommend it if you are in the area...

They did it! There was a shamrock imprint on the top of my pint of Guinness! This is not a food pub, but a true experience with professional bartenders and a fabulous selection of Irish whiskeys. It was amazing to see all of the memorabilia throughout the pub, some of it quite old. The music is not always trad, but... More

No other pub can match the atmosphere and antiquity of this pub. Walls are covered with amazing old signs, clocks, nautical gear, you name it. Fantastic music and people as well!

Great music! Great local beer. The scenery is interesting. It's filled with early industrial tools and worker's equipment. The places is so local, you won't even find a Guinness, but try one of their many local brews.

We went last week for a couple of drinks and was so pleasantly surprised atmosphere and live music. We thought it would be a little touristy but it wasn't. The band was amazing and sang traditional Irish songs mixed in with contemporary songs. We were so bummed when the lights went up at midnight. We could have stayed all night.
