The seating in this church was so unusual, rather than facing in one direction the people were facing each other in a sort of 'square set up', with the altar in the middle, the priest was a pleasure to listen to.

Popped in to say a prayer with my seven year old nephew, it's a beautiful church, so tranquil. Well worth a visit.

Visited before mass on a quiet Sunday morning realized I had not heard pipe organ for a very long time. As if on cue, the organist began to rehearse. Goose bumps.

This is a really beautiful Church. It's a little bit of tranquillity in the middle of the shopping area. A nice place to visit.

Don't miss this little jewel. There is a Jane Eyre buried there, and I often go for classical music. Sometimes the musical events are free.

The Augustinian Church is a wonderful quiet retreat in the middle of Galways Shopping district. There is a beautiful shrine to Our Lady of Perpetual Help, some great Confessors, a wonderful Sunday morning Choir and a space which allows....prayer and reflection in an urban setting.

This fine city centre church is well worth dropping in to. Beware there are steps outside with an access ramp to one side.
