Had a fantastic afternoon on the river with Duncan, having never kayaked before I was abit nervous beforehand but there was no need to be. Duncan puts you at ease from the beginning. Such an enjoyable few hours, couldn't recommend it more!

Hi! I am planning on becoming the first person to swim the entire length of the River Shannon this summer, but I am having a very hard time finding a map of the river that is very detailed. I am looking for one that shows docks and places to enter and exit the water. Do you have any suggestions on where I could obtain one or perhaps a personal favorite that you use? Thanks so much, Dean Hall

We will be in Ireland for October and would consider doing some kayaking in your part of the country. Is the weather generally reasonable for this ? My wife would only be interested is short half day trips in sheltered water but I would look at a day or two offshore.
