So name because Queen Victoria once stopped here and described it has a view fit for a lady. Make sure you take a camera. Stunning views. Winding roads. Plenty of stopping places.

Ladies' View is a must see along the Ring of Kerry. It's amazing at all times of the day, but at sunrise is perfect. The tea rooms across the street are currently closed for remodeling. They have a coin operated binoculars at the site, and ample parking.

I have seen it twice, once three years ago, while driving myself, and once this year, on a bus tour. Very photogenic indeed. Not worth going there just for this, but as it is on the Ring of Kerry route, it is one of the included attractions to see.

The road from Killarney to Ladies View is very scenic, and twisty. Nice spots to stop and see the scenary. Great view over the Lakes of Killarney on one side and Black Valley on the other plus the surrounding mountains and a few stray sheep. Best view is probably a short way before you get to the top.

If you pick your time of day with care, you'll avoid the tourist coaches. If you can get bright sunny weather too, thats a bonus!

Our tour bus stopped here so we could look, and it sure was a nice photo op as well as a good viewing vista. Be very careful of sheep droppings, however--they were everywhere. You only need about 10 minutes here, but it is worth a stop.

We were on a tour, but I didn't see anything so special about this view. Lots of Ireland is beautiful, and this was nice, but it just didn't do much for me.

This view is worth the drive just be aware that it is on a steep, narrow and winding road. Probably about 10 to 15 minutes to look and take pictures, if you try to hike anywhere off the parking area you will probably get into mud.

Excellent view that's just off the road. Take 5-10 minutes to stop and see it as you're passing through. You'll be glad you did.
