This is hugely popular with the locals and was highly recommended. Such a pity the weather wasn't great when we were there. But one can see the beauty of it.

Banna Strand is a magnificant must see when visiting Tralee. One can walk from Banna to Ballyheigue a beautiful traditional village. If you decide to walk from.Banna the other direction you will walk to Barrow Beach another Iconic must when visiting

If you get a nice day this place is stunning. Big beach with lots of room unspoilt and wild. We were there September 1st beautiful warm day kids swimming in the sea also a Wedding party getting photos on the beach.
