nostalgic night with the sisters

attended Dr Hook here - a blast from the past. It was very comfortable, got great seats near the front. Went to the bar afterwards. Very nice and clean. Staff very friendly.

I used to enjoy going to the TF for lunch but my last visit was disappointing. Food was bland and tasteless.

Ate here with my husband and baby. The food was nice. Well priced Average portions. The restaurant is clean and spacious but was a little cold. My major problem and the reason I won't return is that I asked for and received a baby dinner. It was 2 scoops of potatoes with some soup. When I went to pay I... More

I recently went to the Royal Theatre to see Menopause the Musical. The theatre is very comfortable and the acoustics are wonderful. A lovely setting to enjoy any show,

Fantastic show on 30th December 2014. Great audience participation too. Most entertaining! Excellent variety of music played. Very talented musicians. The car park should have been free as we were supporting the theatre and its event. I was disappointed that the Harlequin hotel did not offer an earlier dining time therefore we didn't book a pre show dinner. 6pm is... More

What a rip off. Paid parking!!! Overnight rate in multi story car park, for 12+ hours, is €3. Parking for a show at the theatre is €5. 24 hour clamping in operation around the venue, with a release fee of €160 after 6pm in the evening, so very little option. Seating is terrible, very temporary in nature, wobbly and moving.... More

Went to see Paul Potts tonight - ok, that itself was a considerable disappointment and I left after 40 minutes, but the so-called "Royal Theatre, Castlebar" was equally disappointing. I had been a few years ago and had enjoyed it, but after tonight I don't I'll frequent that place again in the near future. It took the management 10 minutes... More
