Don't miss it, above all Wednesdays 10pm to 12.30 - "No crows" playing! Kleinstpub mit guter Stimmung, guter Musik, super Barkeeper, originellem Kunst-Schaufenster.

A fine example of a real Irish pub. A nice craft beer from the White Hag Brewery. Open fire and live music from 10pm. A place to visit on any trip to Sligo.

Shoot the Crows is without doubt my favourite pub in Ireland. I've been going here ever since I was a student in the 1990's and even though I haven't lived in Sligo in almost two decades, I always enjoy a night out here when in Sligo. The atmosphere is always great with a friendly chatty crowd with good beers. Love... More

It's as authentic as it could be. Walking in this pub is like entering a time warp. A must visit to mingle with the locals and have a drink, or two... or even three!

When the Irish made pubs this is what they had in mind. Long may the tradition last. A fine old pub with loads of character, craic and friendly banter. The staff are nice, the drink is no different from anywhere else - the difference is the atmosphere and the buzz generated within its walls. Authentic Irish pub here and no... More

Have been here many times and always have experience will he same. Good beer and wine, great staff, and always a smile on our face when we leave. Ronan and Terry have a great working relationship and there's always a great buzz in the pub. Definitely a place to go to on a Sligo visit!!!!

To say the décor is untouched is perhaps an understatement to say the least but for all of that, it's what makes Shoots so attractive. Perhaps a living antique is a proper description. There are fewer and fewer good pubs like this left in Ireland. I didn't have food as I was here mid-week each time and I really came... More

Hands down, this place was the best pub in Sligo if not all of Ireland! From the moment we walked in, we felt at home. If we lived in Sligo, this is where we would be hanging out. The owner (Ronan) was outstanding! The place wasn't to busy and he chatted with us for well over an hour. It was... More

I visited this bar on a Friday afternoon. It wasn't too busy and the barman/owner was very friendly as were the locals. While we were there the owner was making a chicken curry which he shared with all the customers for free. This was a lovely touch, and the food was lovely too. They have live music there too, but...
