I found this hotel adequate for my needs, Room clean and spacious. The staff were lovely and friendly. I ate both breakfast and dinner, which both were enjoyable. The walls were quite thin, which allowed noise to travel quite freely.

We took the Epic tour with our 4 year old Viking & 6 yr. old. Derek was the tour guide and started our tour by having a sword fight with our little Viking, it was great and we all enjoyed the walk around the triangle.

This was place was great. If you are interested in Vikings then you need to visit. Certainly discusses Viking history but I feel you need to actually go into some attractions to have the whole experience. Walking around is nice but only a minimum experience.

It is interesting how the modern developers have taken the old and built around and over it to make it new. Beautiful architecture, art and history across the road from the Waterford Chrystal showroom,

This is a typical Viking tower of stone right on the corner leading,up to the Waterford crystal location. There is also a replica of a Viking boat next to it

This spot is right on the corner of the main street walking allong the waterside and progressing toward the Waterford factory and other museum/historical spots. It offers examples of history and represents preserved aspects in the local area.
