My pregnant girlfriend and I went here today for a couple of treatments massage etc. We felt like we were being tickled rather than massaged. Don't get me wrong the decor was nice but sadly that's about it. Never again !

This has been the worst spa I have ever visited. Myself and my girlfriend went for a couples massage here. When we arrived up the stairs to the area where the treatments were done our two therapists emerged from what I imagine was the staff room, saw the two of us and started giggling uncontrollably, they turned around and went... We booked hotel because of the spa as it looked amazing. The facilities were fantastic and staff were lovely. All in all we had 5 treatments between us, not cheap and 3 of them were so disappointing and ruined by the noise of people outside the windows and staff talking outside treatment rooms. When you are paying for luxury you... More

My feet were in bits from running and new runners. Siobhan was lovely, caring and very professional and genuine. The treatment was so relaxing and exactly what was needed.

Visited for a message on the 25th of April. Was blown away at such a beautiful venue. Thermal spa facilities were fantastic, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and outdoor plunge pool. Free tea/coffee and juice facilities. Highly recommend and look forward to returning again soon

I got a full body massage and was quite disappointed at the end, if you have no knots or pains this would be a lovely relaxing message but it did no good for relieving any of the pain I had. If anything I was more aware of my back pain at the end, My therapist also scratched me a couple... More
