Great place to get away from it all. Extended walks around the lake and through the woods. Cheap parking. An oasis very close to the city centre.

Coate water never ceases to enthrall, the large expanse of water surrounded by superb pathways is great for children of all ages, it is not fully accessible all the way around, but there are enough places for wheelchair users to get close to the lakeside.

I do not know but there never seems to be any officials around so maybe you can. Best contact the Water Board by googling their details.
