Really nice park but....

Queens park is a lovely large park where you can see the ducks, get an ice cream/drink/lunch and obviously play on the slides and swings. There is also a small outdoor "gym" and... read more

Queen's park is lovely at all times of the year with an excellent children's playgound and cafe. There are river walks which are especially attractive in the springtime when the celandines, wild garlic and bluebells are in bloom. But as for the rest of the park it's a bit hilly but lovely if you don't mind a bit of a... More

Love Queens Park the playground facilities are great for children up to 16. They have a zip wire and an area which has sand and climbing equipment. So great for children in the warmer months however still great for those chilly days. There is a cafe with toilet facilities for all including babies and disabled. There is a seating area... More

Excellent park, good for a walk and for children to play. Fabulous play ground, recently refurbished. Plenty for all ages to play on.

One of the most beautiful parks in Bolton which is perfect for quiet walks and tranquil times. I love nothing more than to walk through the park with my dog (who is currently obsessed with chasing Squirrels!) and talking to others in the park. It is spacious, clean and has adequate parking. There are also plenty of seats to sit... More

This park is a real diamond with gentle walkways and great albeit urban views. The park has real visual appeal that spans the century with statues of an age when status was rewarded with recognition.

Queens park is a lovely large park where you can see the ducks, get an ice cream/drink/lunch and obviously play on the slides and swings. There is also a small outdoor "gym" and basketball court. A war memorial and lovely flower garden also to see. The one thing that sometimes lets this park down is the people who go! On... More

This has to be by far the best park in Bolton with everything it has got to offer. With the money that has been put into this and restored it has become a great place to go to when you have nothing to do on a nice sunny day.

This Park is brilliant! There's a play area for the kids , duck pond and a cafe . The grounds are really nice and well kept . We had a picnic on the grass . The kids especially enjoyed digging in the sand making sandcastles!
