A unique set up provides the ideal learning environment and highly recommended for schools. May be slightly out the way of major attractions but great FREE parking, easy to get too off the A5

Really interesting for the kids. Gets them to understand dangers in an engaging way, without them feeling like they are beinglectured to. Gifts are a good price. Well worth visiting on an open day when they have police, fire service etc in as the demonstrations are brilliant. And this is staffed by volunteers so your support is vital

Great place to give young kids a grounding in hazards and safety, particularly liked the shop and the petrol station.

An excellent trip for my children's Cubs group. The children all learnt loads about identifying hazards & keeping safe in a very realistic environment. Our guide Bob was great, kept the children engaged the whole time. They had to make a real 999 emergency call & speak to a real operator.

I've visited on a number of occasions with children from school and each time the children gain so much. Groups of children are guided by volunteers who work really well with the children.

Loved this place as a child! Went so many times and it has made me more safety aware as an adult! They made it so fun for children, is it wrong to go back as an adult lol!

An absolutely brilliant place, mostly aimed at children and young adults, to educate them about safety in the home, on the streets and in various situations, along with talks about hazards and how to deal with an emergency situation. I just loved it here - I attended as an assistant to a school trip and may have slightly enjoyed it... More
