Good shopping centre with plenty of large shops and eating places, but where are the bins? How do people get rid of their rubbish i.e. Coffee cups etc..

Little bit of everything for everyone here. Plenty shops and restaurants to choose from for both adults and kids. Tram stop right outside. Clean centre. Will definately return

Good for shopping but expensive parking. Very busy shopping centre and lots of homeless hanging about that kids did not like and find it a bit scary

The Arndale has a very good range of shops but to be honest there isn't anything that distinguishes it from the other centres around the country apart from the fact that it is pretty much in the city centre which is a bonus I suppose, not really my sort of thing but my other half liked it although she didn't... I am not local to Manchester so seeing so many homeless people on the streets around the shopping centre was a bit strange to see. Otherwise your typical shopping centre containing all the regular retailers

We always come in here and a bit a few things from the shops when we visit Manchester City centre! We park appropriately 5 minutes away and walk there. Plenty of good shops, and places to eat! My wife loves the Nando's and yo sushi in there

I live in Manchester so I use the centre quite a lot. My family came for a visit from Scotland and we had booked a day out in sunny Blackpool. Due to my mother having mobility issues we were advised to try shopmobillity (which I didn't even know was in the centre.) We went along and the staff were amazing.... More

As I was travelling back home to North Wales on the day, I have decided to do some Christmas Shopping for my friends, nephew and niece so I went to explore around the building to have a look around before I had to be at the Piccadilly Station before 1pm.

Arndale has a lot of well-known brands, and is situated in city centre. There are no hypermarket/supermarkets as such, but there are plenty of fast food options. Attached is a Selfridges and M&S, and there is a Tesco Express outside. The biggest let downs for Arndale are the layout, lack of staff and short operating hours, closing 8pm latest.

The roads leading from Manchester Picadilly train station to the shopping centre did not make for a good impression. Although home to great stores and eateries, it was impossible to ignore the number of homeless people we encountered en-route. A common theme in all cities, but a sad sight to behold all the same. Destination reached, in all honesty the... More
