This is a perfect place to get away from all the noise and stress that city life sometimes brings. You can lose yourself here for a couple of hours or so.

Gorgeous gardens, which open out into a nice parkland walk. Nice place to see ring-necked parakeets in the north - for those who want to!

Very relaxing part to go to in Greater Manchester especially on a nice summers day. The gardens are well kept and there is many little restaurants and coffee shops near by

Had a wonderful time here walking around the Park and Gardens, there are so many off shoot walks to do, that a days walking was not long enough. Somewhere well worth coming back to

Peace tranquility and fresh air- what more can you ask for. A wonderful inner city haven. It's difficult to believe that such a tranquil place can be found in inner city Manchester.
