A large modern structure best photographed from the river. Certain there are tours available and high season tour boats have a stop here.

But is a an interesting building as is it's purpose. The boat stood still for some time while the audio guide told us all about the building and it also then docked so some people could get off and get up closer.

Came here on an organised visit with a group, and despite having spent a week in the building doing an MEU i learned a lot and was fascinated by the history and attention to detail of the building. Our guide was fantastic. The view from...More

Totally rubbish. You can look out side but we couldn't go in? It's not even a nice building, but then, so are the people who work there!!!!

Some may be impressed by the modern architecture but my view is that this building is lacking in character rather like the institution that it represents. Indeed there are a number of other similar glass and steel constructions in this suburb of Strasburg all lacking...More

Quite impressive modern architecture. Some lovely canal pathways surrounding them too! About a 15 minute cycle from the centre of Strasbourg.

While it is interesting to see the European Parliament buildings, I don't have much desire to spend much time there other than passing by on the boat tour. They are great buildings with more modern architecture, but there's really nothing else around to pique my...More

You'll need to plan ahead for this visit. You cannot just walk In. An advanced reservation is required. European visitors can contact their representatives. As Americans we needed the help of a local friend. Check with your hotel about access. The building is fascinating and...More

The security is there. You are checked and you are allowed to enter the inner court for a quick self-tour. Entering the building is only for delegations and MEPs.
