What a wonderful way to spend an hour during a stay in Dinan. The cruise was both relaxing and informative, the crew of two were brilliant - bilingual and had a great sense of humour. This hour long trip is a lovely way to make your way up to Lehon and back. I was given a card with English information about the history of the canal as well as maps, etc. The lady spoke in English too, and she and the captain were very charming. Not that cheap at €13.50 for an adult but was a great highlight to the day. …

We were in Dinan for the last weekend in June (unfortunately cold and rainy) but it cleared enough Saturday afternoon for us to take the last float of the day. Friendly staff, information cards in English, and a delightful way to see a very unique perspective from the river, and to experience the locks. Highly recommend - you get a lot for a small investment of time.…

We booked an afternoon trip for 47 caravan rally goers with the lovely Lilly, a discount was offered due to the numbers. She gave a great commentary in French and an English translation for me to read out! the was even a bit of entertainment on the return journey from Captain Jack whilst waiting for the lock to fill. The boat in the image has changed and the one we went on was white but it was very comfortable and it was a lovely way to pass an hour. The scenery was delightful and there is a briefing in English so you can understand what you are looking at and the history. Really good value and very relaxing.…
